I don’t generally write hotel reviews or leave negative comments, but this is my second night here, and I would like to share my experience so far. I still have two more nights remaining.nn1. The room: The rooms are a bit noisy due to the air conditioning system. The room is also quite small, and there is no fridge or iron available. When you need something, you are expected to go downstairs and collect it yourself. For a 4-star hotel, this is below my expectations.nn2. Basic amenities: Unfortunately, there has been no shampoo or body wash available in my room for the past two days. When I asked about it, I was told to go downstairs and collect it myself. However, when I went downstairs, I was told that these items were not available and that I would have to wait another day. As a result, I had to shower using hand wash.nn3. Parking: Parking is not free, although I understand that this is probably normal for this city.nn4. Staff: The staff members are helpful, friendly, and positive. However, it seems that the hotel may need more staff to provide the level of service expected from a 4-star hotel.nn5. Room cleaning: Room cleaning is apparently provided only every third day. In my opinion, for a 4-star hotel, housekeeping should be provided daily or at least every second day.nnOverall, unfortunately, the reality has not matched my expectations. I still have two more nights to stay, but based on my experience so far, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
It was not a pleasant stay by any means. From the moment we arrived, some members of the staff came across as somewhat standoffish during the check-in process, which unfortunately created a disappointing first impression.nnTo make matters worse, there was a persistent noise issue in our room. Despite our efforts, we were unable to determine where it was coming from, and it significantly affected both our comfort and overall experience during the stay.nnWould I recommend this hotel? Perhaps, if your expectations are limited to a property carrying a four-star designation with service that feels largely unremarkable. However, when I travel, I value genuine hospitality, attentiveness, and a sense that guests are truly welcomed. Unfortunately, those qualities felt noticeably absent throughout much of this stay.
The room was very small, but it was fine for one person to sleep at night. It would have been too small for two people. The location was convenient and you could walk to a grocery store and there is a McDonalds right across the street.
We stayed here to be close to friends living Sweeden was perfect and the staff was helpful in offering us assistance in English as we are traveling from Canada and do not speak Swedish. Room was comfortable but shower and toilet so close with no separation was intimidating but fun.
We booked a family room. Hotel is tidy and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served with plenty of choice and healthy options. Parking is limited but there's side street parking near. Public transport availability good. Lunch and dinner is freshly cooked at the hotel. FYI: if you are an pet owner they allow pets but have to be pre organized.
