Pro's: amazing sauna, really good gym, incredible breakfast buffet, reasonable price. Delicious free tea for guests all the time. The place is new and beautifully built overall. Room and bathroom are really great.nnCons: location is terrible, service was sometimes really poor. Machine for hot water is always intentionally turned off, same as fresh water, which is extremely annoying as you'll need to ask reception each time you need something, and they're not always available. Elevator to top floor works only sometimes, coffee is horrendous, variety for healthy food in the menu is almost non existant. No laundry available for guests, this is almost not acceptable. Much lower standard hotels offer it.
Very nice and friendly place, if u on business trip or just passing through Stockholm close to E4 but far enough to actually enjoy the quiet night of sleep, located near cinema and numerous shops including the biggest IKEA in Sweden if u fan of that obviously hotel itself is very nice clean and friendly, even small rooms looks very cozy and comfortable. restaurant inside offers many interesting options, service very polite friendly and welcoming u with beautiful smile happy to help u with everything. Parking around hotel is free however can be pretty busy but don’t worry there is pl but of options here.
Warm welcomming staff, close to bus station which may take 20-30 minute to stockholm center, Good breakfast.
Very bad experience for me in this hotel. One of the receptionists was so rude to me, and he made me go back and forth to the reception to activate the room and elevator keys many times. In the end, he told me to walk a way because he had more important things to do than his original job. What a shame! So incompetent person!
Very nice hotel and close to 2 shopping area. Very friendly staff and welcoming. The room is always nice and clean and the breakfast was very good as well.nnOnly issue is parking because it’s limited spots otherwise very happy with the stay. Overall I had an amazing experience. I would come back again.
