Nice cosy hotel. This is the right pace if you want to be in the quiet area. The restaurant with Georgian cuisine and wine is one of my best experience !
Hands down the best breakfast buffet that I ever had in all hotels I visited. Overall the standard of the hotel is pretty high. In terms of cleanliness, staff service, building maintenance etc… only downside is that prices are not very competitive but, the quality is what you’ll be paying for. The restaurant and pub in the hotel has some great curated Georgian menu. All items are good. I stayed for about 18 nights as I’m new to Sweden. The connectivity is not very difficult, there is a bus/tram station in 5 minutes distance. There are 2 cute and beautiful parks right across the street, one on the plane and one on the hill, both are peaceful. And near tram station you can find a bunch of grocery stores and supermarkets, also few restaurants and local stores. So all in all I would surely recommend this place if you do not have any budget constraints.
Great price, great location, very good breakfast. But at arrival the room was so cold one had to wear winter clothes inside. There was an extra radiator that I plugged in and the room got warm in about 3 hours.
Do not listen to these bad reviews!nnI’ve been here twice now, both times I’ve checked in very late around 11pm both times due to the flights from Manchester airport to Göteborg-Landvetter airport being usually later at night. Just make sure you inform the hotel you will be checking in after the desk hours so that they can give you the code to enter with the access to your hotel room key.nnI’ve had absolutely no issues, location is perfect with an Ica little supermarket for those that do not know up the road and easy connection to the main city. The trams and buses operate every 10 minutes with easy links if you don’t feel like walking.nnThe rooms were just as advertised with no issues at all with cleanliness either times, when accidentally staining the bedsheets with a drink I was able to go grab some fresh sheets before I head to bed. I can’t comment on the breakfasts unfortunately as I did not take advantage of the breakfast-included package. But the staff are very helpful and fluent in both English and Swedish.nnI would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a quiet and cheaper alternative from many other establishments in Göteborg, it may seem far from centralstation but don’t be fooled as it is in fact not that far at all.
We came in late on an evening flight from Germany and I had read that there might not be a desk person there after midnight. I was assured online quite quickly that there would be someone there all the time. When we arrived, the front desk person was very pleasant and we were checked in smoothly and quickly. Our room was almost elegant and the bathroom had a nice, all-glass construction and new fixtures. The beds were comfortable, and admittedly I do not sleep much in hotels. This sleep fixed me up nicely after travelling! We were greeted in the morning with the prospect of a free breakfast. The spread for their complimentary breakfasts is one of the best that I have ever had. Every sort of Scandinavian bread was present, the spreads were endless, and there was a delectable assortment of fruits and teas. For non-vegans it must have also been a nearly belly-busting experience, as there were even further choices. All in all, our one night here was quite memorable. Thank you for such a great visit!
