Rude behavior at reception, really disgusting how they were serving during Christmas season. Online booking prices are misleading. Their holiday days Red days are also misleading.
Very bad experience. They charge almost double once you get there with your family vs online price because of school holiday apparently, shame on them!. New conditions in very very fine print online, be ware.nAlso snacks are insanely expensive for quality you get.nResults are also hidden on your screen as soon as time is up, so we don’t even know who won this ridiculously expensive 55 min activity. There are other places for bowling in Malmö, go there instead.
I had high hopes for Big Bowl, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The place feels old, worn down, and poorly maintained. Everything seems to be hiding under dim lighting, making it hard to ignore how dirty and outdated the facility is. The equipment looks like it hasn’t been replaced in years, and the whole venue has a musty smell that really detracts from the experience.nnOne of the worst parts was the wardrobe situation – you’re forced to pay for it without any explanation. It feels like a blatant money grab, with no clear benefit to the customer. Why are we being charged extra for something that should be included or at least explained? It just added to the feeling that the place is squeezing every penny they can out of their customers.nnAll in all, Big Bowl needs a serious upgrade and some transparency with its services. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, enjoyable bowling experience.
Great fun on a budget with super friendly and helpful staff members. That lane system is pretty easy to use.It's very kid , friendly and in general a fun activity
Really nice plays to go with family and friends. Great ambience and quite fun place.nThey have beverages and foods as well.nEven though it's quite crowded we get our privacy and fun.nI really enjoyed bowling here.
