Very disappointed about this company ,they don't answer to phones or emails,if they do they reply that are not interested to do business.nI hope that bankruptcy to be a their doors with this attitude for clients .nIn conclusion I Don't recommend to do deals with them.
I drove all the way from Örebro to buy a car from the seller Patric Säll and it was worth every single mile. The car was exactly in the condition stated in the ad even a little better and the seller was super nice. Smooth transaction where everything went smoothly. I would happily go and buy my next car from Bilbolaget in Bollnäs even if it is a bit far. Professional service and nice environment. Thank you!
Called 24 hours before my visit to book a test drive, the answer I get is yes we'll see if it's still there... When I show up at the appointed time the car which is a hybrid is not charged and is also parked in the far corner. Terribly poor service when you come and possibly want to buy a car and also call the day before and warn, and you get excuses like I've been on vacation... you really had to bite your lip to not say something stupid back.nI never normally write reviews but this time I was really pissed off at the treatment.
Picked up our new Volvo today. Very happy with the seller Patrik Säll! Everything has worked flawlessly from order to delivery.nA special plus for the delivery briefing where Patrik made sure we got all the information we needed
