Got a check engine error on an older model that I got diagnosed here in August. No problem, we'll try to swap a minor part. Get to the appointment for that, drop of car, but soon get a call; the part never arrived and I need to pick up my car again. Annoying, but it's ok, shit happens. Pick up car, get told a new appointment will be scheduled once part has arrived.nnIt's now over 2 months later, and I have zero feedback if there's a part on the way or not. Emailed my personal service technician, called support to ask what is up, nothing. Can only assume they don't care about older vehicles, only the new shiny ones.
While on my 6 month stay in Umea sweden i had an issue with the high voltage heater in my car. Within a week of first contact the Car was fixed under warranty and they also provided me a nice replacement car.
Volvo car sales agency and workshop for the service and repair of these cars. There is a qualified and very professional staff for customer service. Something negative currently if any is the waiting time to do the scheduled annual service of the car.
Serve my car here regularly. Good service, nice stuff! Would recommend to a friend
