Purchase and delivery was very smooth
Super bad service when it comes to warranty issues. Warning!!! Plus it took 7 days to get the name of a repair shop where we can take the scooter in. They just wanted to send parts so we can fix it ourselves even though it's still under warranty. Cable and fuse burned out.
