Bought several cars never messed up, thumbs up for the workshop that always manages to squeeze in appointments despite short notice

They are super professional. Has fantastic customer service.nThey took me in when I had an urgent problem with my car. Got wonderful help nThey also helped me change the battery during a tire change, when the car hardly even wanted to start.nExtremely talentednCan highly recommend them.

Dropped the car in for repair. Afterwards, there were several scratches on the back door, which were pointed out immediately. However, the mechanic said that hencouldn't possibly have made the scratches whereupon they said their manager would get back to me.nHe never heard back. After a couple of weeks, I came back saying that I wanted to receive a written notification regarding the scratches and action. Have subsequently emailed several times without receiving a message or even a reply. Disastrous service.

The staff are nice and good hence 2 stars ist for 1.nHowever, very bad at feedback and a lot of hassle. I ended up buying a car elsewhere.
