Came in the dealership today because we found an injector leak on our XC90.nnThe mechanics were quick in opening the engine up, looking for a replacement O-ring and putting everything back together.nI can only give 5 stars, thanks to the guys for helping us back on the road again!

June 2025 update -nnNeed to update the review and rating on buying a pre-owned Volvo XC60 Classic, based on recent experience..nnGood:n- Sales was responsive over email and technician support was really good to allocate time and manage the technician identified changes promptlyn- Got the support to get most of the issues fixed from what the technician thought as a solution to fix the problems during the service visits within the 30 day period post car delivery not all the issues got fixed thoughn- Complete Offered package was good!!nnNot so good:n- Was never informed during the test drive or pre-purchase discussion that the car will be sold as current condition, but 'quality assured'n- Sales Manager never connected directly with the customer on whether things are fixed or tried to understand the concern with a meeting or conversationnnTo sum it up, I still run with problems that are not completely fixed .. and I talk about important ones here, not paint scratches and stone chips even though I appreciate that certain changes were performed to try and fix certain issues and some were completely fixed!nnSad part was the initial feeling of looking forward to own a pre-owned Volvo XC60 since I always loved the Classic, but, ended up being told that it works this way because you bought a 'second hand car in current condition'! Wow! this feedback I received in an email after the 30 day right to return period when I followed-up on pre-identified quality issuesnn-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------nApril 2025 Review -nnGood overall experience while I visited to look for a decent pre-owned Volvo. The staff was quite supportive to provide a nice customer experience, facilitate the test drive and work through the purchase, even if it extended beyond the usual work hours.

One of the worst experience in some car service. I left my BMW for body kit repair and got my car in older condition then it was before. “After control” is on very low level or doesn’t exist, so I recommend to triple check your car and take the photos “before-after”. They was cutting some other car and destroyed my car’s paint by lot of hot bubbles. In next repair of new damage, they made it badly and everything began to look bad. I wasted to much time and money for this authorized BMW service, they doesn’t deserve authorization from BMW.nPrepare good before you go there or better find some other place.nComing up with new photos.nnCustomer service write kindly sentence for public but in private messages they ignore many questions and problems. Work on relationships is without empathy.

These guys are amazing. I‘m here for just a short time and needed urgent help with my V70 because of the strange noise. Personal switched to English in no time and the head mechanic took my car, greeted my dog inside of it and removed the noise in no time. And the best: this service was completely free - just to help out some tourists.nnI strongly recommend Bilia!
