Bilia Kungsbacka Volvo

One of the worst experience in some car service. I left my BMW for body kit repair and got my car in older condition then it was before. “After control” is on very low level or doesn’t exist, so I recommend to triple check your car and take the photos “before-after”. They was cutting some other car and destroyed my car’s paint by lot of hot bubbles. In next repair of new damage, they made it badly and everything began to look bad. I wasted to much time and money for this authorized BMW service, they doesn’t deserve authorization from BMW.nPrepare good before you go there or better find some other place.nComing up with new photos.nnCustomer service write kindly sentence for public but in private messages they ignore many questions and problems. Work on relationships is without empathy.

These guys are amazing. I‘m here for just a short time and needed urgent help with my V70 because of the strange noise. Personal switched to English in no time and the head mechanic took my car, greeted my dog inside of it and removed the noise in no time. And the best: this service was completely free - just to help out some tourists.nnI strongly recommend Bilia!

Great service - we absolutly recommend that Volvo Center. We were as tourists in Kungsbacka and suddenly our Volvo made a scratchy sound. When we drove to the Volvo Center, everyone was so kind and they helped us instantly. Thank you so much

Had my car at Bilia BMW for service and software update. On both occasions the support provided by David Weick and team was professional. Waiting time for an appointment is less, I could get a time for service within a few days which isn't the case at many service centers these days. I was treated to a surprise gift when there was a delay to get my car back. If one would like to wait while the car is serviced, they are invited to wait at the sales showroom. It is spacious and has a nice waiting area with complimentary refreshments. There is also a corner for children with some toys and coloring books. While waiting, I could browse at cars with no one chasing me; but was offered assistance if I would need it. In future it would be nice to connect the BMW service center with the showroom so one doesn't have to walk around. But it doesn't bother me. Would definitely prefer Bilia Kungsbacka than other service centers for my car.
