I have had both guarantee and non-guarantee painting over my V-class. The team is very professional and customer oriented. They made their work reasonably fast and with high quality. Since the guarantee painting was the key reason to visit them, they offered another car at Bilia's expenses. So, 5 starts without any doubt.
What a mess of a workshop! I booked my EQE taxi weeks in advance, and they said repairs would take at least two weeks. Even after explaining how important it was, they insisted on ten weekdays! My driver took time off, but the car was ready on day three! Because of their terrible service, we lost money from the insurance since the car wasn't used for so long, and they refuse to take responsibility. The difference between two weeks and three days is huge! It sat idle, costing us a fortune of no income generating, losing the compensation from Insurance reducing from 14 to 3 days!!!nVery disappointed!!!

Unfortunately I don’t have good alternatives to this place, and they seem to know it well, therefore poor customer experience does not seem to be important for this business. I’m writing this review here during my probably 5th visit. Mercedes-Benz service does not seem to value my time, booked a visit for express check on 2 months old car, was asked to come in at specific time and they would take a look. Been sitting here over an hour now, and they haven’t even moved my car.
Left my car for a service,got it back damaged! Mercedes Benz customer support replies: ‘not our problem’ contact your insurance company.
