Had to wait 20 minutes before being asked if I needed assistance. Then left the car to resolve a steering shake problem before I bought it. I was offered a courtesy car. I waited four days and no one had contacted me as to what is happening, and what the problem is with the car. I had already been back a second time when the fault was supposed to be fixed ie wheel balance, and on test driving was exactly the same problem. I am a time served mechanic with over forty years experience. Anyway I went in after no contact for four days and met a different sales person, who informed me that the person I was dealing with had a day off. I explained my predicament, and this person was very helpful and went to the workshop found out what parts they where waiting for and apologised for not being informed. I was later phoned by the original sales person and agreed to meet Wednesday between 09:30 and 10:00 He was in a meeting and questioned me was it today oh. On his desk diary nothing was not written down. It just proves how one person can cause a bad reputation to a company, whilst the other sales person was excellent in his help.
Mind settled......
Went and looked at a car at Bilia Nyköping, after being very well received by the salesman Anton who made every effort to make us ready, we went home with a new car. Very happy with the service and the deal.
Friday with the engine light on and a weekend trip to Östergötland... Despite a fully booked workshop and not having full staff, a nice and understanding girl at customer service quickly managed to find the most competent mechanic who solved the problem with a smile. Great gratitude from your most satisfied customer, Mats.
