Bilia in VinstanThis is the worst service in my practice, the fourth time my car is was sent by my insurance and is the all times same ,they promised 7/8days waiting time!very expensive, very long time and a lot of Lies! Rude, does not inform, ignores. They said three times that the car would be ready in the afternoon! but it wasn't,just the lies and they do not even try to inform me! I trust them and I returned rented a car , I didn't go to work ,was to late get another car , I suffered big financial losses and I disappointed my clients due to not keeping my promise to arrive on time for a meeting!After long time asking and looking where is my car, what happened,the last call answer a woman frome bilia in vinsta and she that the one was very nice and kind and answered all my questions and promised return my car to the next day.Just one person who take care about my car in 15 days waiting time

Update on this review.nSince our last visit in Bilia Vinsta, we have left our car with Bilia Kista. What a difference! They have a locked parking space for cars that customers leave in their care so after four days we could pick up our car without having new damages on our car! Nice staff, fast and damage-free service. STILL waiting for Bilia Vinsta to get in touch with me but not expecting anyone to call after 2 months... What canI say?nnParking for service customers shared with Bilia Vinsta lunchrestaurang so a lot of cars are able to crash into your car that's being serviced/repaired at Bilia.
