We had a great time doing this parkrun. The volunteers were super friendly and the course was lovely. Running on the snow/ice wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Normal running shoes would be fine. Volunteers cleared ice on some sections.nnX2 from Göteborg stops directly outside parkrun
Well organized Park Run. Nice environment and a tough course
I thought it was so nice that there was no requirement to run, I walked around and had a good time listening to the birds and the surroundings.
