Even with our strange request you were still able to help us. Thanks for letting us try and pull a truck! Sadly in the end it didn't work, but the service was great!
Charges for things they haven't done, poor service overall and only checks the service report but doesn't do the points then when you ask they say it's not included in the service even though they charge for it anyway and check that they have done it

Fast service when VGB stopped but couldn't get the pull stick up when I was going to unload in Borlänge, roll into gate 4 and out 15 minutes later I call fast service.
Thought I booked service today but apparently it was 7/25. Leave the car they say, we'll fix it during the day. Awesome service and incredibly friendly staff
