Customer service really needs to improve. Went with my wife who is from Sweden, so it isn't a cultural difference. My wife decided to just pop in for an inspection, and nobody even addressed us to ask or suggest a time etc there would be availability. The one worker was talking to a guy casually in the bay before ever coming inside. We had to ask after 40 minutes of waiting. Next time people are waiting, maybe communicate a little bit nnWe scheduled an appointment and left.nBut when she came back for her then scheduled inspection later that day, it was decent speed. So three stars for doing the job but bad customer service.

Fast and helpful.
Went and inspected the car today.nNo error codes or anything like that. They have checked the car and abs and esp started listening for control. He says if you drive a little or turn off 3 times, the codes go off. He drove maybe 50 meters with the car, error codes are still there. Got 1 km home and all the error codes disappeared after 2 minutes.nThe entire inspection of them did not take more than 5 minutes. WAY TO MILK PEOPLE FOR MONEY
