Nice, professional and efficient service. As the result of the first inspection I had to fix a problem with a front light but I managed do to it and come back for reinspection the same day. I also got discount for the reinspection.

Update 2025-01-09:nSomething negative turned into something positive in the end. The site manager at Bilprovningen got in touch and offered to fix the steering wheel, so everything is resolved now. The car was handed in to Colorglo in Norrköping and they did a fantastic job restoring the steering wheel. Very happy with how Bilprovningen handled this, although it took a while to get a response to my complaint. Accidents happen easily, even during inspections, but the main thing is that a will is shown to do the right thing and that everything turns out well in the end. I will definitely come back here to inspect my cars!nEtc. Joakimnn#############nThe technician managed to damage my steering wheel during the inspection, got a big tear in the leather. Not fun at all, thought they would be more careful with customers' cars. Think this is because the techs have pens/other sharp objects in the right leg pocket, which then come into contact with the steering wheel when they get in the car. Reported the incident in the feedback on the visit, but no one from Bilprovningen has since contacted me. Very bad.nDo not visit this place if you have a car you are afraid of.
