Friendly & helpful.
Good service with both leaving packages to send and can rent car trailer/animal transport or regular trailer In different sizes without any problems. Also has a cord if you have an older car with a 7-pin connector.
Bad and unpleasant customer service. Ambiguities in connection with picking up and leaving rental trailers, which could easily have been prevented with a form. Tension straps that needed revision and support wheels that were also out of order. Avoid renting trailers here.
Petrol station without petrol. Nice atmosphere!
