If you're a fan of the original 'Let the right one in' film and are in Stockholm, this is well worth a visit as several scenes were filmed in the area just around the station. It's some distance from the centre but not too far as to be prohibitively time consuming.

Nice square and shops. Crowded parking lot. Bio Kaskad has a very nice service with light lunch and homemade pastries for coffee. Hemköp is a gem in terms of selection. Robert E chocolate is a first-class chocolate manufacturer.
Blackeberg is a lovely suburb with a nice center and nearby a large grassy area with a splash pool for the little ones and showers for the rest.
