I went here with my husband for lunch. We were told about this restaurant by two different locals. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant is next to the canal and it’s nice to see the boats pass by and sit outside if the weather allows it. We ordered the warm salmon and spetta which is a white fish. My husband also ordered a beer from the region which he says was very good. It was a Japanese Lager. The restaurant was full when we arrived so we waited a little bit to get our food. You are not able to make a reservation so sometimes it might be good before or after peak lunch time. The food was very good, the portions were nice. I would definitely go back again to try the other dishes they have.
The best lunch restaurant in Karlskrona, at least in the summer time. The atmosphere is great, the place is jam packed, the menu is simple, the food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. The best part, is the boat docks right by the outdoor seating area. Just slide in and enjoy your lunch!
Eatable but nothing special. Smoked salmon was good but fish and chips definitely not. Too salty fries! And fish too oily probably fried on not fully hot oil. Strange, because we had a feeling that this is the most popular dish over there.
It's a great place for lunch, nice and smiling staff and right after 11:00 am there are loooooong queues
