Had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect…for walks especially in summer. Hotel staff were very friendly. Great stay!
Absolutely recommend it. They have a very nice spa. The staff were super friendly during our stay. They upgraded us to a mini suite free of charge. They gave us a little present in the end because of our anniversary. The food was quite good. The hotel is in the middle of the nature in a quiet area. Totally will go back there again.
Easy to find, parking lot up front.nAged but beautiful building, we were a disappointed with receptionists who really can’t communicate with English. There was no requirement for identification at check in so it went quick, we asked about the dinner, they didn’t have information. Personally, I think they should know, or at least have the information by their hands, so they will be able to introduce the restaurant to all guest.nnThe room was quiet, air conditioned works fine, which is not normal in Scandinavian hotel. Spa was beautiful. Breakfast was standard.nnThe waitresses were talking at the bar, and I was about to walk to toilet so I was heading to them, I heard them said “nu kommer hon”
The property is huge and location is great in the mid of a forest.nnThe best thing is their swimming pool and SPA facility. We are quite impressed with the service from all the staff. Breakfast was quite good only thing is pan cakes on Monday were too hard.nnThe three stars are only due to room. There is a lot to improve.
The external view of the hotel is wonderful in the middle of the snow and trees, the staff is very friendly and well trained but the rooms are too small, the beds are minimal, the toilets are not well clean and prepared, the towels are not being changed nor the rooms are being done. To mee they have to improve in order to well deserve the 4stars. Otherwise is better to go for 2 or 3. Thanks
