I showed up with a rear tyre problem. They had exactly the tyre I needed OK - that was luck but within 45 minutes I had a new rear tyre on my bike. I was able to continue my journey so thanks a lot BMW Gothenburg!

On the way back home from a long 4 week trip up Sweden break callipers were coming loose and even a screw fell out. A strange fault/mishap from a service at a dealer in NL. I stopped in the morning hoping something can be fixed as there was no way I could safely ride back home…nnMartin helped me out right away and spent a good amount of time trying to source a solution so I can continue the long trek back home. Was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.nnThis is why I bought a BMW. It’s not just bike at this point but a really wonderfully setup network of really great shops with great people there.
During the Scandinavien tour,they serviced my Gs 1300 which had a 10.000km service.nLeif,an experienced mechanic,immediately made the determinations.He replaced the starting relay that needed to be changed.Thank you guys
My partner Elaine and I traveled to Gothenburg yesterday to look at bikes for her.nnWe were warmly greeted by Angelica who answered all of our questions, showed us around all of the bikes we were interested in, including swapping seats and allowing Elaine to try the bikes that suits her. She then introduced us to Mikael who then went into a lot of detail on both the new bikes and promotions as well as showing us around a couple of second hand bikes.nnThe rest of the staff reflected this and we were left very impressed by the whole experience.nnProfessional, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Everything you want in a dealership.nnThis is how you do it. Definitely 5/5!nnLooking forward to test riding in the near future and hopefully finding “the one” for us
