Drop in between 8-10? Absolutely if you have a super duper emergency. If you don't have it, you have to wait in the waiting room until they may call you. I sought care for something related to the eye, there were OTHERS in line when they opened the doors. An hour later they still haven't called me while all the patients after me are called in.nWhen asked what is happening, they say that the doctor prioritizes more urgent cases. I don't remember going to the ER. Drop in at the health center should work first in first out, otherwise what's the point?nIn addition, I have sat alone in the waiting room with both doctors free so that they call the next patient after me. I went home 1 hour 10 minutes later, without any help.nI would not recommend this medical center to anyone!nSwitching immediately now.
I recently found out that I have missed two invoices from the beginning of 2023, I have written that I want the invoice number and date in 1177, but I could not get it. I call and the answering machine says they will call in 13.30, there is like 1 minute left, time passes and half an hour passes. I try to call from my partner's phone without a social security number and they call right away, whereupon I say that I want the invoice numbers and they say that I will get these sent home and I say several times that I want these numbers now. Whereupon she starts yelling and calling me disrespectful and hangs up. I called the patient committee and got in touch with a nice receptionist there who spoke to the nurse at Bohus and apparently it was due to confidentiality? Why not say it instead of starting to scream and act like an animal. Bohu's health center is totally useless and the people who work there are incredibly unpleasant, especially she at the reception. Save your health and go to another health center that will treat you better than this health center will. Ugh, I'm just saying.
Absolutely lovely both doctors and other staff
Do not book time that starts immediately after their break 10am, 1pm and 3pm. They are never on time. Most recently, I missed just over 10 minutes of my psychologist appointment because no one was manning the cash register, and I was not allowed to start my visit until I paid.
Really unprofessional who call you up, wake you up only to refuse to book you for an URGENT appointment and tell you to come back after Christmas. A central joke I'll call it
