Pleasant and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to help. Some things are cheap, even so the regular price is better than others' promotional price. Other things are expensive and then you have to decide if it is worth a trip to Umeå. If you want to make larger purchases, the staff is quick to give a quote where I got a good discount even though I must be considered a small customer. To compare with Bauhaus where you first have to spend 50,000 before you get a discount. Wide selection of quality items, there are both budget and premium options. Many of the building materials I bought here have maintained better quality than if you shop at the bigger stores.

Difficult to reason about the price etc. Younger staff are helpful and pleasant. But there are also staff who seem to be in the wrong place.

Nice and very knowledgeable staff. Good in Corona times is hand sanitizer as soon as you enter and easy to keep your distance.
