Nice and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to help. Some things are cheap, even so the regular price is better than others' campaign prices. Other things are expensive and then you have to decide if it's worth a trip to Umeå. If you want to make larger purchases, the staff is quick to give you a quote where I got a good discount even though I have to be considered a small customer. Compare that to Bauhaus where you first have to spend 50,000 before you get a discount. Wide selection of quality stuff, there are both budget choices and premium. Many of the building materials I've bought here have maintained better quality than if you shop at the larger stores.

Hard to reason about the price etc. The younger staff are helpful and nice. But there are also staff who seem to be in the wrong place.

Nice and very knowledgeable staff. Good in Corona times is hand sanitizer as soon as you enter and easy to keep your distance.

The store offers a wide range of products and the staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.
