Besser-wisser attitude. Not very service-minded. I did not complete my reservation.
We tried to book a weekend canoe and paddle trip around southern Bolmen.nCalled them but the person asked us to email, even after 2 days we didn't get a response so we tried the next rental place which went smoothly and quickly.nCustomer service doesn't seem that serious here.
I have literally never met a more rude and aggressive person. The route and the equipment itself were no problem at all, but Kjäll who runs the rental is a terribly unsympathetic and easily irritated person. If you can find another place to rent your canoe, do it!
Made an appointment and everything was fine. We showed up at the agreed time and Kjell started giving information about the route etc. We then asked if we could pitch a tent outside the camping areas without making a fire and cooking. We should NOT have done that. Kjell now went completely crazy - we were speechless! He shook with anger and scolded us. I have never experienced anything like it and we simply had to leave the place. Too bad :-
Kjell is a friendly guy with his very own sense of humor. There were eight of us who were going out on a canoe trip, and chose to rent a canoe from him. He had some problems with one of the canoe wagons, but we found a solution together.nHe was helpful during the trip, and understands Danish and can speak English when it becomes difficult to understand him. In addition, the prices are reasonable. It can definitely be recommended.
