Research on the life history of the founding father of Bangladesh, Bongobondhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Bongobondhu Information & Research Center is established on the 16th December, 2014. It is a completely voluntary non-profit organization. The main intention behind establishment of this ogranization is to gather information in the forms of documents, photos, audios, videos, etc. on the life of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the greatest bengali hero of all time.
He is the founding father of the Bengali nation mostly known as Bongobondhu, which means the true friend of Bengal. He was given this title on the 23rd of February, 1969 by another great student leader of that time, Mr. Tofayal Ahmed who is currently an honerable member of the parlament and minister of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh. Our organization will perform research on his life history and make all documents available in this website.
