The customer service sucks, they are very expensive at the checkout and the worst thing is that you are not allowed to touch things that you want to buy, so like if you want to buy something, you have to ask the person who works there in the store if he can carry the things all the way home to his house because you are not allowed to Touch it
I think they can change the name. Very narrow range of products for 'exotic' animals Read; not dog, cat or rabbit. The prices are also very high. Great place to go if you want to see some products in real life, but then order from cyberzoo for 20-30% off in comparison.nThey get 2 stars because they seemed to have a good grasp of the animals they were selling and had a nice selection of fish.
You always have full service in your staff treatment! You always have everything we need for our animals!! We have always received very good information and help regarding our animals! We experience the store as well taken care of, clean, fresh and nicely set up! The animals seem to be doing great!!! Thank you for being there! You are needed!
