Bord27 felt like one of those places you stumble into and immediately want to stay a little longer. The croquette was crisp and comforting, and the beef tartare was beautifully balanced—clean, rich, and surprisingly light. With a cold beer in hand, everything just clicked. But what really made the night was the kindness of the staff: genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming in a way that makes you feel taken care of without ever being rushed. A small moment of Göteborg that I’ll remember — and I’d gladly return for.
We didn't have a reservation so waited for the bar seats to open up and had a great time! The server/bar tender was really to chat with. My friend has a gluten allergy and they made sure to go through the ingredients and make sure it was appropriate.nThe food was all very flavourful. Unique touches and really nice texture.
Bord 27 is such a fantastic dining experience! The staff are fun, welcoming, and really add to the atmosphere — you instantly feel at home. The vibe is lively yet relaxed, making it a great spot for a night out. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. A truly memorable experience — highly recommend!
I had been meaning to write this review about our experience at Bord27 for some time. We had the best culinary experience of our entire stay in Gothenburg at this restaurant. The dishes were creative and full of flavor, served in a cozy atmosphere with truly outstanding and friendly service. Hopefully, we’ll get the chance to come back!
Despite the closed kitchen and the crowded place they managed to give us a place and something to eat. They offered quite some choices of wine. Everything was excellent, best croquetas that I've ever tasted and the cheese was perfect!nWe would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting goteborg!nGood hint is that local persons also go there !nThanks again for the warm welcome!
