Very well connected by bus and also by train, since the train station is just 100 meters from the ferry line main hall and departure point. Driving car the access is at another point, but still convenient with ok signals and a check in half on machines with human help. Seems strange than Danish people are force to cross by train to Sweden to catch the ferry in Ystad, since does not exist a direct ferry from Denmark to the danish island of Bornholm.
This is a simple and quick ferry crossing on a solid craft. Must be very busy in summer but nicely empty in the off-season
The thing is going off. I could barely stay on deck at full speed. It's a real shame that the Christina isn't going to Sassnitz.
Morning trip from Rønne, was quickly shown to our seat on the ferry. Ordered brunch/breakfast plate in the cafe.. Outstanding selection and quality for the price, delicious surprise that we could get this on the ferry.
If you are going to Bornholm, it is one of the forms of transport you can choose. It is what it is. Bring your own food if possible. You can buy something but often there are many people and the staff can't keep up. But otherwise an OK experience.
