Are bad at keeping promises, have had it involved in a bathroom project. But it has not shown up at the agreed and booked time. It says it will show up, you choose to be home one day to be able to receive the craftsmen. But no one shows up or announces any obstacles. So boring. The work itself is probably good and the staff in question are nice. But it feels more like a planning/management issue. Sad because in my opinion, Bosses Golv is a traditional and larger company, which I thought would deliver quality in all aspects. Not recommended.
We had Bosses Floors with us to look at the renovation of 2 bathrooms.nThe first meeting we booked, my partner had explained that we were going to completely renovate both, each of which would also enlarge these and that would also require tearing down walls and building new ones.nWhen he came to the meeting, which took 2 minutes, we were told that he had to bring a carpenter with him. Which he should have thought about before the meeting and brought one.nBooked a new meeting and both Bosses Floors and a carpenter came.nThey measured and listened to what we wanted done and then came back with a quote.nnNo one called back, no one answered when we called and no one called back after we left a message saying that they would call back for the quote!nIt was simply impossible to get a hold of them!nVERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Thank you for a great job done for us! We are really happy with everything from the floors in the cottage to the communication with you at Bosses Golv! Highly recommended!
They have installed carpet on the walls and floor in a bathroom for me. When they arrived, they ensured a good result by smoothing out the surface further. They still found the time to come the next day when the smoothing had dried to lay the carpet. It turned out professional and neat!
It was closed there.
