I find myself intrigued in far too much to limit myself. I ferment almost everything I put my hands on – food and beverage – and I find myself enjoying all things created through human hands in partnership with the microbial world, on a personal scale, to an experiential, to an almost profoundly spiritual happening.
That is why I created Bretty Fingers.
It is a fermentation collective.
Through it, I will explore cooking, preparing, brewing, blending, and all things related to the microbial world that makes the wonders that we have around us.
