Even if you had a road accident a few days ago and might need some extra medical care, they have the audacity to scold you, try to teach you a lesson, while providing zero medical feedback and literally attempting to dismiss you, saying they are fully booked and can't provide service other than making you wait for unspecified amount of hours.
DO NOT GO HERE. for 6 years I have come here for problems with my ear and am sent home because they don't see any problem and the way they check them is just that they look into my ear and say they look fine. But the worst were when my aunt had cut a nerve and they said they looked fine and now she is in the emergency room and needs surgery. save your time and go to another health center
You don't feel like you're seeking care/help, very poor treatment and people's view of the physiotherapy nurse, while I explained my problem she said she couldn't help me and just hung up. ‍
They say they will call and I have the phone in my hand, they call and hang up in the same second. Has happened several times.nUnfriendly staff. Horribly rude treatment by a Thai nurse 2 years agonBad treatment, booked a phone appointment today and waited for it. They ended up ringing a signal and la p nurse has such a damn bad attitude I couldn't finish talking she hung up the phone just didn't even ask me do you have medcin left what are you taking. She was supposed to call me at 1:45 pm but I didn't get a call I had to book a new phone calls have been ringing all last week but none of them call me even though I have booked a call time, what a terrible time.nThen documented in mine. What they don't think is what I say.
Unpleasant,,, terribly bad if they don't have the patience to work with people then you shouldn't be in the place where they are... will change
