The younger employee is very rude and you're lucky if you get the slightest sign of life from him. Too bad when the owner is nice and tries to liven up the atmosphere.
I mainly use their postal agent and it has been good. They get three stars for one occasion where the staff did not accept identification with bank ID via the Post Nord app as well to pick up packages, but I think that guy was new because since then it has not happened and I have not seen him.
Offered to heat our freezer pizza on the spot when we were very hungry and far from home.
