Nice local bakery with lots of character

Pleasant place, simple but qualitative selection. I visited Brödmasen in the afternoon, close to closing time so there is probably a larger selection in the morning.nIt was possible to sit down for a coffee, bright service with homely older Kurbit-painted hand-painted furniture.nnI was especially pleased with the staff's genuine interest in their own pastries, I received very nice guidance about grains and sourdoughs.nnNice place for a quick break, easily accessible from the highway.
