Bryggan bistro

A complete joke. Difficult to even explain but he food was worse than anything else I've ever received at a restaurant. Not because I disliked the taste, it was just terribly bad cooking and composition. The French fries was OK, the rest minute steak and a toast skagen was bottom level. At that price range, I would expect it to be average at worst, but it was not even close to that.

Food was such a disappointment after such a fun day. You would have to try to make food this bad.

The worst food and service I’ve ever experienced.

After the park we sat down at this restaurant. Then a guy strolls around with a shotgun and shoots seagulls in a water park. We seriously wondered if there was terror in the park because it once rained hail on the outdoor terrace.nn- The food was one of the worst things I have eaten in a long time. A sauce should have been béarnaise but was so white and tasted like garlic dressing. The piece of meat had veins and was terribly bad. It might as well be one of the seagulls the guy shoots in the park.nn- Service: I ordered drinks 20 minutes before the rest of the company arrived at the restaurant. Still, the others in the company got to drink before me. When I asked the staff if they had forgotten me, i.e. 45 minutes after I ordered, I was scolded by the staff because they had so much to do and there was only one person working at the bar. It turned out that an employee had been walking around aerating my drink because he couldn't find my table, which was one of eight tables. It may seem that the QR code ordering confuses the staff more than it helps them, because they repeatedly bring orders that are going to other tables. The food arrived after an hour, but the appearance and taste suggest that it should have arrived after 10 minutes. With such a charred steak, it has been on the grill for at least an hour.nn- Ambience: Since I was blown away by such horrible staff, these here deserve 0 stars. But since they served me food that I could give to the fish, there was a good atmosphere, and it is being tried.

It was a sunny day and a lot of people in the park. Several eateries had closed their order therefore we chose to go to the bridge. We waited for the food for an hour! We asked for the drink after 45 minutes. Need I say the kids were frustrated with the time they missed at the park? The staff was inexperienced, lacked routine and efficiency. Possibly deficient management as several people stood in the kitchen and just watched. They didn't seem understaffed and the lunch hour was over. The food was quite ok. Not sure if ordering via qr code made it all smoother or just messed it up for the staff.
