The customer service is so F@@@@ bad the people who work in this location is so rude and unprofessional and they need to educate themselves how to deal with customers needs , I have made an order and I did not receive what i ordered and when I called and complained about it they act so rude and they hang up the phone one me … the supervisor did not act as he should to solve the issue. Even though we have received wrong ordernThe food was so disgusting to eat we have thrown to the garbage… it is so sad with big disappointment … I will never order online from Burger King
I ordered food from Uber eats and placed order for 8 King wings.After i received my Food and i see only 5 wings were there.Burger king gave me 5 wings instead of 8

The service has not good level unfortunately and atmosphere is enough good. The food is very good as always in Burger king
Horrible customer service menager of today’s shift completely UNPROFESSIONAL trying to say Burger King like other fast food do not need to put straws or napkins inside order of take away , not acceptable. And also fact that his team mates didn’t read order details no salt, or extra tomatoes if u ask even for ketchup may not be given. Lady ignores and hang up phone paid for DOUBBLE sandwich received one chop instead and menager not understand that it means team did mistake clearly I was dealing with kids! Unprofessional behaviour. If u take away u need know their job and don’t forget to bring your own straws or napkins etc. Menager said “ U don’t have at home”?! Check orders and what inside those kids are not reading or making good job and service UNEPROFESSIONAL.
