It's great place with good things
I love this store
I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience at Busfrö. I handed in two well-filled bags with over 30 garments of good quality, including ten pairs of jeans – two of which were completely unused. When I went to the store a few weeks later to follow up, I was told that they had only chosen to resell a single garment.nnWhen I asked what had happened to the rest, I was told that the clothes had been stained and therefore sorted out. This is not true. All the garments were intact, clean and in good condition when I handed them in. My feeling is that the store has such a large influx of clothes that they choose to discard the majority without even giving them a chance in store.nnUnfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
I like Busfrö as a concept but what a non-service-minded staff! Check for the month of submission - missed that it's only on weekdays. Arrived there with three full bags. Walked a long way in the pouring rain. Not many people in the store absolutely no queue. But no. We don't accept anything. Please be a little flexible!
I am in favor of second-hand for many reasons and have liked the concept of being able to hand in goods and at the same time get some profit myself. Handed in two fairly well-filled bags in June, women's and children's respectively. I had selected the garments with care and made sure they were freshly washed. A couple of the women's garments were designer clothes. I was now going to see what was in the account and was surprised that the whole thing had only brought in about SEK 150. Of course, I can't control whether others buy the garments or not, but it feels strange that the dividend was on average SEK 5-10 per garment. For me, unfortunately, the effort in time before handing in is too great for the profit. The clerk was friendly and accommodating, but I would have liked it if your system could see how many garments were sold or sorted out, so that you can understand the total yourself, i.e. more transparency. Not just whether the garments are still in the store or not.
