Was yesterday told that you were not allowed to go out at the back where the timber was with any items taken from the inside shop. Please close the door and make clear for the customer how to behave in your shop! Customers should not be treated like potential thiefs -Thank you very much!
Not impressed by the timber quality. Many of the stacks were a real mess, clearly from people rummaging through searching for the one piece that didn't look like a banana. How about when the stack is nearly empty, you mark the remaining pieces as second quality, move them somewhere else and sell them cheap? As it is, when a stack gets down to quarter full all that remains is garbage, but the staff don't want to get a new stack down because theres still some left.
A good store what you can’t get in-store you can probably get online. Always helpful friendly staff.
