On their website it says that they focus on professional pride and customer satisfaction, I would say that it is exactly the opposite.nThey have been a subcontractor on a construction project in Höllviken and you would have to look for a more unprofessional company.nThe construction was far from finished when the residents moved in, they promised to finish building within a month, now after 12 months the same inspection points remain.nThey confirm points in the inspection report without approval, do not provide feedback, are careless in taking action and are very unpleasant when you point out breezes.nnI would never have hired this company!

Moved into a townhouse that they built, everything is half broken and they do nothing to fix things. Damage to the floor, underfloor heating that doesn't work, cold draft in the fan, moisture damage, etc. But the worst thing is that they don't care and just don't care about fixing things. This construction company is a joke. Beware of using them

An incredibly bad building where they forgot one bathroom, forgot underfloor heating in the other, poorly sealed etc. Started leaking from the roof after 1 month. When someone comes to fix it they speak neither Swedish nor English. Incredibly poorly managed and I warn others about this company.

Ignores reported errors and deficiencies. Doesn't respond at all. I would have looked for another builder.
