All you need. The Gym mashines are old but enough. Especially the Group workouts and ball Sports arre really fun and the price for all is fair.
I found everything that is needed and the location is great, but it is a bit expensive for a gym.
Superb gym.
Best gym in the mornings, you might think no one works out here. That's why I do.
Tried a day's training. Boring environment unfortunately, not at all exciting and very worn and rusty. I understand if it's an association and not money but I don't know. 219 SEK a month is cheap though but the gym is small.
