I recently underwent surgery for a ruptured Achilles tendon, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The entire medical team was incredibly professional, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making the process as smooth and comfortable as possible.nDuring my overnight stay at the hospital ward 34, the care and support provided by the nursing staff and physiotherapist were outstanding. Their attentiveness and compassion truly made a difference in my recovery. The food was also fantastic.nA heartfelt thank you to everyone involved!
Went to the emergency room since it was a Sunday and nothing else was open.nEveryone I met there spoke decent English and was friendly.nEven though I came in there with something I would consider not that critical, I was promptly looked at by nurses and doctors and was out of there after 3 hours - which is quite fast in my opinion, considering my condition not being life-threatening - ready to pick up the prescribed meds from the closest pharmacy.
This Hospital earns 5 stars!!! Even the doctors, nurses and nurse assistants are well prepared, helpful and kind! The whole staff cares about the patients and their needs. The key is to be kind with them and they will also be kind with their patients! :
Shockingly lack of empathy and interest of the doctors for the welfare of my wife and elderly patients in general in her ward. Profit first, stress second, human concerns last if at all. An attitude that pervades health care in Stockholm in general. St. Göran took it up a notch. They will write this off as just another person who hasn't overcome their grief; but the negligent attitude and conditions are endemic.
A stressful reception and a mess in the queue management. This was my impression even in my third visit here at the Urologmottagning on the first floor.nnAn automatic check-in system is available to make it easy for visitors to register their arrival.nnEven though I have been told to come 15 minutes in advance, my examination started 30 minutes later than the time in the appointment. So I was waiting around 45 minutes a considerable time to be in a waiting room in these Covid19 days.nnNo one was there to answers my questions.nnIt was really annoying and I was very disappointed.
