They cancelled the doctor’s appointment I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks to see him. They say he is ill. nurse won’t re-book another one. Incredible how they treat young people with anxiety and depression. They will need to answer if anything happens.
Utterly incompetent. Won't listen to their patients. If you have physical pain, they will most likely say that you're fine and it's all in your head.
You call and of course have to book a time so they can ring you but they ring much later than the booked time so you might miss the call because you plan other things and cant look at your phone and wait for these guys to call you for sure!nSo you never get to meet a doctor.
Amazingly kind and caring personnel and doctors. Got great advice and treatment, and a fast booking system.
Jag försökte boka en tid för en undersökning, men blev hänvisad till Capio Go av sjuksköterskan. När jag förklarade att jag redan varit i kontakt med Capio Go, fick jag till svar att jag måste ringa tillbaka imorgon eftersom de planerar dag för dag och inte kan boka tider i förväg. Det känns frustrerande och ineffektivt att inte kunna planera längre än en dag i taget.
