Rickard is absolutely the most knowledgeable optician I have been to over the years and the other staff are so service minded and everyone has a very pleasant attitude. Everyone felt so professional.nMy daughter who was with me was going to wear lenses for the first time and they were so educational and affirming to her that she learned to handle the lenses right away. Finally I found a good optician in Sweden! Very pleased. Have used four different opticians in Skåne and this fifth one was the best of all. Very nice, welcoming and safe. I don't feel cheated or stressed as I usually feel in opticians in Sweden. She, who has extensive knowledge, finds lenses that can suit me best. I had had lenses many years ago when in another shop I had to offer an eye examination for beginners, which is the most expensive. But this optician I was offered an eye examination for those who have used lenses before, which is cheaper than new started.

Friendly and receptive when none of the others around wanted to help. Also offered to repair glasses instead of selling on a new one. And all at a very affordable price. Simply tip top :
