Nice campsite, which offers everything you need. There is a kitchen, toilets, hot showers and a washing up room. You hear some cars from the road, but the city centre is in walking distance, so that's normal. The camping manager is really friendly and you always have a good laugh talking with him.nOur daughter loved it here and could even talk a bit in german with the manager. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely intend to come back.
We camped with our kids in a tent and initially planned to stay just one night since the beach campsites were fully booked. However, we ended up extending our stay at this small, peaceful campground for a few more days. It's an easy drive to the beaches from here. Magnus, the new owner since spring 2024, is a fantastic host. He regularly lights up the barrel BBQ, inviting everyone to cook their own food and enjoy meals together in the picnic area in front of the hostel. There is also a common cooking facility with oven, air fryer, water cooker, electric furnace.
We planned to stay in our motorhome for 1 night but decided to stay a second night as Magnus the owner is excellent and the facilities are great. This is an older site but everything is kept very clean and in good working order. There is also a hostel that looks amazing. Would highly recommend using as a base to see the area.
We stayed on the camp site in our motorhome. It’s a lovely site with all the amenities. The site warden Marcus was so welcoming and helpful. Would certainly recommend and would definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.
One of the owners/workers that let us in was incredibly kind and helpful, made the entire trip much better and made a good memory. Highly recommend. Thank you from Poland, Dziękujemy!
