Don’t buy anything from Chilli.nWe bought a sofa, dining table, and chairs in August. They said the sofa would arrive in a week, but the dining table would come in September which we accepted. We also asked them to send the chairs and table together, and they confirmed that they would.nnFirst, the sofa arrived that’s another story; very poor communication between Chilli and DHL; they didn’t deliver on time, etc.. After a week, we got an email saying we had another delivery. We thought it was the dining table and chairs arriving earlier than expected, but they sent only the chairs.nnThere were four chairs in total, and two of them were faulty. So at that point, we had the sofa and the chairs but no dining table.nnIn September, we didn’t get any updates about the dining table, so we went to the store. They told us, “Hmm, it’s been postponed to October; we can’t do anything.” No communication, zero compensation.nnIn October, the same story repeated. The worst part is that no one informed us in advance or offered any options like cancellation or a refund. They also refused to give any estimated arrival date. They just said the table was out of stock and might be ready in November.nnWhen I asked why they hadn’t informed us, they just repeated the same thing like a broken record: “We can’t do anything; you just need to wait.”nnI still don’t know when we’ll actually get the table. Don’t buy anything from this company ; customer service is terrible, and communication couldn’t be worse. We’ve experienced several serious issues with all three of our orders.
I had ordered some furniture and clearly requested delivery on the 16th of April, as I would be receiving the key to my new apartment on that date. However, their delivery agency contacted me a week early for delivery.nnI tried calling Chilli using the number they had provided, but no one answered. I then sent them an email and eventually received a response stating that the early delivery would be cancelled and rescheduled for the 16th, as requested.nnTo ensure everything was on track, I sent reminder emails on the 13th and 15th, but received no reply. On the 15th, I called customer service for an update, and the representative told me she had no idea where the product was and said not to expect delivery on the promised date. She then abruptly ended the call.nThis has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience due to the lack of communication and poor service.
Nice modern furniture hut bit expensive
I have ordered couple of furnitures. The chair was missing in the dinning set and after a month of so many calls and emails with the customer service they sent missing chairs but with different colour.nWe also ordered sofa but it came with misaligned parts.nIn shorts.n- Poor products.n- No proper user manual.n- Missing parts.n- Poor customer service.nnI never recommend to anyone.
Worst company, worst customer service, worst employees in customer service department... on the other hand people work in the shop are pretty descent.nnI have ordered a table with 4 chair. I received the delivery on time but they miss sending the table legs. I tried to call and their customer service department have closed their phone for over a month. the sent several emails and after two weeks I got a respond that I have to chat with them instead. the chat didn't help so I visited their shops three time and finally I got a message that i will receiver the missing legs supposedly last Friday. I got a message from driver that my goods will be received between certain hours in the morning and right after i received a SMS that there is nothing for me to be delivered this is after a month of my first purchase. I then received a call from the driver that Chilli missed my package. I went to their shop again and after a long back and forth with the shop clerk and customer service I was promised to receive a call from customer service within an hour. this never happened. I sent emails to know when eventually I receive the legs of the table. very irresponsible team and I start wondering how such company is operating still. avoid purchase from this place at any cost. no wonder they have been bankrupt before I only learned recently.
