I am a mother of two. I came home EXHAUSTED from work, I decided to eat out due to me not being in the mood to cook for my daughters. When we got there they ordered 12 pieces of sushi each and I got 9 pieces. The food didn’t arrive for a whole 30 minutes, mind you it was me and my daughters and a couple at the restaurant ONLY. When we received our food it was cold, and they forgot my drink and 4 pieces of sushi from my plate meaning I paid for 9 pieces but got 4. When I brought it to their attention they argued BACK to me? Like hello? The customer is always right! The service was utter garbage as they called me, a paying customer an overweight “hippo”. Never coming back here again. I also received hair on my sushi and someone’s pubes hair in my flipping sauce.
i liked the food n ambiance a lot. there are various types of item to choose from which i liked a lot.
Great food. Doesn’t disappoint. Staffs are nice and very welcoming and i love the ambiance of the place.
The overall layout of the restaurant is very nice and cozy. However, I had a small problem, I was out with my friends when I heard the staff talking about my friend. My friend wanted to pay with swish, but they wouldn't let her it worked out in the end, my other friend paid for her food. When my two other friends were ordering, my friend and I heard the staff talking about how my friend wanted to order with swish. I won't go into detail about what they said, but it was very rude. Keep in mind that we are paying customers and they were the ones talking about us while they were MOPPING the tables. Please talk to your staff.
We were on the road to Arlanda airport and we took a break in this fast food restaurant. I liked the smart service and clean environment, but I just don't like fast food.
