I recommend not to rent a car from here. They created a big issue at the time of pick-up while we already checked with the customer care that foreign license will be accepted along with our passport. Also their policy mentions that they can do so as long as the license is in English. Also when we returned the car, we had a refund as we returned earlier than what we booked for. The staff said that they can’t refund the money however when we checked with the customer care we were advised to go back and collect the refund. All in all it was a very frustrating experience and one staff in particular was very rude and condescending. Highly recommend the management to train their staffs at least to be kind and be informed of their own policy.
I would never recommend this place to rent a car! It is ridiculous they didn’t accept a foreign passport, while I have been renting a car there before, also in other places in Stockholm etc and abroad. My experience couldn’t be worse, they said this only on the very last moment.
Nice people. Good selection of rental cars. And they have everything you need to clean your car, outside and in!
