They refused an absolutely valid European paper driving license at the time of the car retrieval without any prior notice or warning.nnThey can’t event say why, but they don’t want paper licenses. Ridiculous and very unprofessional.
If I could give it negative stars, I would.nnWe rented a car from Circle K Råsunda for a few days while our car was being repaired. After my husband returned the car, I realised there was a bag with makeup that was left in the car. I called circle K, they said they would check it but never did.nnWhen I called again they had already rented out the car to someone else. After several days of chasing them the conclusion is that they couldn’t find it. I know the bag was there. I know exactly where I put it. So either they took it or whoever rented the car did.nnI know it’s my fault for forgetting the bag in the car in the first place but I called before they rented it out to anyone. They should have checked the car properly and would have seen the bag. They don’t care and rent out cars without checking them properly. Terrible service overall.
They refuse to honor their loyalty card bonus. No free car wash with the excuse that something was wrong with the car wash, despite cars entering it.
It was a nice experience. Smart automotive mobile apps work very well.
Rented a car and as we booked it online it was a really good deal for a day visiting relatives.
