My friends and I rented a car for 1 day here. Although most of the staff the first day was really nice, when we returned the car the following day the woman working on the shop was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. We were on time to return the car, but clearly this lady wasn’t feeling like working because she tried to make us leave and come back the next day and be charged an unfair extra price we weren’t supposed to pay because we were on time to return the car. What’s even worse is that when we were to leave, she sweared on our face something we could not understand as she ranted in swedish knowing we wouldn’t understand and when we asked her not to be rude to us, she kicked us out of the shop pushing us and refused to give us her name. Personally, neither me or my friends will rent in this place ever again and would not recommend anyone else to do so, as there is nothing more unpleasant than being treated in such a pathetic and disrespectful way by the staff.
We rented a car here with 4 friends more and the pick-up was allright. In contrast, when we left the car the experience was anything but nice. Firstly, when we arrived at a proper time our deadline was at 18:30 and we arrived 18:25 the worker told us, really rudely, that we couldn't leave the car, and we should wait for the next day.nnThen, once she realised that we were right, she accepted to greet us, with bad banners.nFinally, we wanted to pay for the fuel. We didn't know how to pay, and she responded again with comptentous tone. She treated us like absolute idiots. I won't go again in my life only to not meet this woman again.nnShe was in the night shift on 12th of october.
Store is very much closed at night!
This circle k has on multiple occasions not unlocked the door for me during their night shift just to seconds later let other groups in. What's up with that?
