Not as pleasant renting experience as I have had with most of the other circle k. The person was grumpy and their tone felt like they were doing me a favour. Or it might be because I was speaking English and they might not be comfortable with it. nDo check the vehicle thoroughly before accepting. Mine one had 3 damages other than the ones mentioned in the contract.nnWhile delivering, the experience was good, with a different personnel.
Not a pleasant renting experience at all. They cancel my booking when I got there for an unknown reason. Everyone from the staff gave an answer until the big boy came, middle age man with the eye glasses, he was one of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with, I felt like he was doing me a favour and he wasn’t professional at all. I wish i can zero star, but unfortunately that is not an option.
They cheat! Make photos before you rent a car or they will charge you. Cars are scratched and do not repair it!
