Totally disappointednnI placed an order for a quick pick-up at their Farsta location since I had a flight the next day. However, I received an email stating that one of the items was out of stock. I decided to visit the store to check for myself, and to my surprise, the item was available, just in a different color. I didn’t want to request a refund—I simply wanted to exchange it for the available color. I don’t care about the color as long as the product is good.nnBut in the end, they told me that they couldn’t process an exchange or cancel the refund. So, I had to repurchase the item like a fool, and now I’ll have to wait an eternity to get my refund.nnThe problem isn’t just this. I sincerely request that you remove “out of stock” items from the online store if they’re actually available in other variants. I could have gone to a different store or another location of Clas Ohlson. Don’t put customers in such a frustrating situation.nnOne star for the staff and the way the system works.
It is an elegant place but some products are expensive. Swedish style
Good store it has much to offer for a cheap price and other expensive items. Electric, home, school/work, tools, health and more... A known Swedish store. Good service also!
Have few hardware items, too much decorative non functional items, have greatly reduced cycle parts. Prices are usually 20-30% higher than competitors. Wish Farsta Centrum had a real hardware store. One has to go to Lanna to find even basic screws and nuts.
Mostly cheap Chinese products but some jems can be found. Used to be a great place for great deals and finds, but these days much less so.
