Clas Ohlson

30th Nov 2025 – Had one of my worst experiences with Swedish Christmas shopping today. A sales lady at Clas Ohlson refused to give me a chair while I was waiting for my turn as there was very LONG Queue even after I explained that I have weak knees and difficulty standing for long periods. Unfortunately, the supervisor was just as uninterested when I raised the issue. I do not recommend this store for anyone with mobility challenges.

Not as good as it used to be. The layout forces you to go round the whole shop.nQuality has dropped most with plastic replacement on parts and quality drop.nYet if you want an odd item, it might be there. Service is low too, as there often isent anyone on the shop floor.nPrices are ok. Only 3 tills. Parking ok.

Recommend this shop to all!! For private and business costumers... best costumer service, special thanks to seller name ALDINor Albin,not sure he really put lot of efforts to take care one of my situations.. so man thanks for being PRO.. I HOPE YOU'RE SUPERIORS WILL SEE THIS POST. WHISH ALL WORLD WORK LIKE YOU.. MANY MANY THANKS!!!

Really good store for, actually most things except for food, wich they don't sell. nnAmazing staff, very service minded.
